Alongside speaking and listening, the course introduces students to the basics of French reading and writing.

By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:

  • Carry on basic conversations in French

  • Understand and use everyday vocabulary and expressions

  • Read and write simple sentences

  • Navigate social interactions with cultural awareness

  • Build a strong foundation for further study

How You’ll Learn

The course is delivered twice a week in 2-hour sessions over 6 weeks, with a focus on interactive, practical learning. Lessons are conducted in a mix of Arabic and English, supporting comprehension while immersing learners in real language use.

All four key language skills—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—are covered, with particular emphasis on verbal communication and listening skills.

Expect a dynamic classroom experience including:

  • Role-play & real-world scenarios (at the bakery, asking for directions, booking a hotel room)

  • Listening labs using French podcasts, films, and native conversations

  • Guided small-group discussions to build fluency and confidence

  •  Culture-focused learning exploring regional customs, etiquette, and daily life
