This is our most popular course and is perfect for students who want to focus on all aspects of the language in order to communicate in everyday situations. The communicative approach is used by our teachers and there is a strong focus on speaking and fluency as well as reading and writing. You will be encouraged to communicate with other students through pair work and group work.
Group classes
Group lessons are taught from 09:30 to 12:30, 14:00 to 17:00 with a 15 minute break in between (weekdays). We also offer weekend classes on Saturdays from 10:00 to 13:00. The average number of students in each class is 12-15 with a maximum of 22. With most of our students being post graduate, we do have an age range from 16 to 60 years old.
You can study 3 hours per day or intensively for 6 hours per day as well as part time (1/2/3 or 4 days a week) or full time (5 days a week). Part-time and full-time students study together in the same class which means you can make lots of friends from all over the world who you can practise your English with and communicate with. Your teacher will either send you or put up a weekly plan in your classroom so that you can see what you will be studying each day. If you miss any day, you can catch up using our class group chats where students’ converse via mobile or device to make sure everyone is up to speed!
Tracking progress is key to learning languages successfully which is why our teachers will monitor your progress each week. Weekly tests are provided to ensure you are keeping up with the course. Although every student progresses at different speeds, each level lasts three months. Towards the end of term, you will be given an end of term exam and your teacher will give you an end of term report to make sure you are prepared for the next term.
